Information
The rates are as follows:
- NZ$180.00 per night based on 2 persons. Additional guests $35 per night.
- We can negotiate a special rate for stays of 21 days or longer
Stays based on minimum 3 night stay
Meet/Greet Private Car return airport transfers available at NZ$35.00 per person
Price includes fruit basket upon arrival.
Cupboard Stocking
We can stock your cupboard for you if you require. Send a list of what you will need and we will send you a cost sheet itemizing all the costs. Our charge for this is NZ$50.00.
Smoking
Smoking permitted on outside verandah only.
Booking Confirmation
Confirmed bookings will be acknowledged by return email (or in some cases facsimile).
Minimum Stay
Our minimum stay is 3 days. Government tax. All rates include 15% Value Added Tax (VAT).
CANCELLATION
All cancellations must be acknowledged by email/fax from us. Cancellation fees for all reservations are as follows:
- Between 45 and 31 days of expected arrival date: 25% of booking;
- between 30 and 15 days of expected arrival date: 50% of booking;
- within 14 days , or no-show, full payment less any nights re-sold.
- For cancellations outside 45 days a cancellation fee of $50 may be charged.
